Welcome to LekkaFix Parts. By purchasing from us or using our website (www.lekkafixparts.co.za), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
LekkaFix Parts supplies high-quality aftermarket smartphone screens and parts to individuals and repair businesses across South Africa.
Products and Quality
All screens supplied are premium aftermarket OLED displays (not Incell LCD alternatives). Products are compatible replacements, not original manufacturer parts. Each screen is quality-checked by our supplier before dispatch.
Orders and Payment
All orders are pre-orders, with an average lead time of ±3 weeks from order confirmation. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch or collection. Orders will not be processed without proof of deposit payment. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Delivery and Lead Times
Estimated lead time: ±3 weeks (depending on customs clearance and logistics). LekkaFix Parts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties. Delivery is available countrywide via trusted courier partners, or collection may be arranged by prior agreement.
Warranty and Returns
All screens carry a 60-day warranty for factory faults only. Warranty does not cover damage caused by: Incorrect installation Physical damage (cracks, scratches, bent flex cables) Water or chemical exposure Unauthorized repairs or tampering Faulty screens must be returned for inspection before replacement approval. Replacements will only be issued once the returned item has been verified as defective.
Installation Responsibility
LekkaFix Parts recommends professional installation by experienced technicians. We accept no responsibility for damage during installation or due to improper handling. Testing of screens prior to final installation is strongly advised.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once a deposit has been paid, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable, as stock is ordered directly from our overseas suppliers per customer request. Refunds are only considered in the event of supplier stock failure or product unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
LekkaFix Parts will not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; Delays caused by external shipping or customs processes; Incorrect installation or misuse of parts.
Privacy and Data Protection
All customer data is handled in compliance with POPIA. Information shared (name, contact details, delivery address) is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
